The project was intended to design and provide ten-day soft skills training and develop employability skills for young people aged 18 to 24 in order to develop self-employment opportunities. The project “Training for the development of soft skills for young people” aims to increase the employment opportunities for young people through the training of young participants. Trainings will enable young people to raise their employability skills that will affect their employment. The project is focused exclusively on their direct creation and development. The project was developed only at one stage for ten days training in the municipalities of Drenas and Fushë Kosovë / Kosovo Polje.
The BSCK undertaken
- Development of soft skills training for 40 participants. Training in these modules:
- CV writing, motivation letter, job vacancy survey; communication skills (presentation in job interviews, written communication, verbal communication); critical thinking skills, problem solving skills; creativity; Emotional intelligence; self-responsibility; persistence; teamwork; information gathering skills; entrepreneurial skills (initiative).
- Developing skills for employment through group exercises by participants
- Improve economic opportunities for young people by providing sustainable access to youth services in Kosovo.
