The main objective of the project has been to provide entrepreneurship and business plan development services for 100 young people, aged 15-24, in the Prishtina and Podujevo region.
The specific objective of the project was:
Developing competitiveness and involving young people in the Kosovo market through their involvement in the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) sector;
Project objectives have been achieved through training in the following areas:
Introduction to Entrepreneurship
Study visits to successful businesses
Supporting two entrepreneurial teams to find innovative businesses
Entrepreneurship trainings have enabled young people to generate an idea in a successful business startup. The project is focused exclusively on creating future entrepreneurs, as well as empowering collaboration among young people by creating a network of entrepreneurs with employment and self-employment opportunities. The data show that entrepreneurial skills are needed not only for self-employment but also for employment, because they are largely based on soft skills.
