The main purpose of the project was to help build and develop the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the beneficiary municipalities (Pristina, Podujevo and Obiliq) on professional principles and to prepare participants for employment and self-employment.
Long-term project results:
Creating new jobs by training participants;
Increasing the employability skills of young people that will affect their employment;
These trainings have been used to help Category II beneficiaries of the social assistance scheme develop soft skills related to employment.
Keeping in mind the topics required in the call, we have focused on the following modules: CV writing, cover letter, job vacancy research; communication skills (presentation in job interviews, written communication, verbal communication); critical thinking skills, problem solving skills; creativity; Emotional intelligence; self-responsibility; persistence; teamwork; information gathering skills; entrepreneurial (initiative) skills.
• Develop skills for employment through group exercises by participants
• Improving economic opportunities for young people by providing sustainable access to youth services in Kosovo.
Project Duration: 4 months
