| The objective of the project was to develop the entrepreneurial and managerial skills of people in the South-East development region, by ensuring access to activities integrated counselling, business start-up support, assistance, mentoring and professional training, in order to ensure the premises for successful business initiation, development and management. The main goal of the project is to help build and develop the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the beneficiary municipalities on professional principles and to prepare young people (students) and graduates for employment and self-employment as well as to contribute to the development of innovative new enterprises that help economic development and improve welfare in the country. Long-term results of the project: • Creation of new jobs through training of young participants; • Increasing the employability skills of young people that will affect their employment; • Promotion of success stories on popular Kosovo portals and on websites where the main visitors are young people. • 160 participants during these trainings will increase the capacity of participants in entrepreneurship, in order to be able to manage their businesses in the near future. They will be able to: prepare their business plans, manage financial resources and accounting, promote and market their products and services through digital marketing, and acquire bargaining skills. • Development of ideas through experiences transferred and presented, both by the trainers and by the participants. • Improving economic opportunities for young people by providing sustainable access to youth services in Kosovo • Increase the professional capacity of young people to ensure a significant improvement for creativity and innovation in the workplace and also a workforce that is highly suited and capable of meeting the challenges of the future and the needs of enterprises. |
